Lynall Hall is a small government school that caters for students who for a variety of reasons are seeking an alternative to mainstream schooling.

Lynall Hall is an inclusive learning setting  where the main focus is to develop the social, emotional and educational needs of its students with the aim of providing successful  learning for individuals and promoting a culture of excitement for lifelong learning.

There are three campuses, ‘Lynall Hall Community School’ and ‘Number 1′  in Gleadell St Richmond and ‘The Island’   located in Coburg.

The school has a commitment to co-operative and collaborative practices in teaching and learning and in its management practices. Its prime focus is to address the educational needs of students so that they can attain skills necessary to enter further education, vocational training or the workforce. The school’s size and structure provide opportunities for students to develop their social skills and attitudes, which will enable them to participate more fully in the life of the wider community.
